🧾 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and all accessories
  • Must provide proof of purchase (order number/email)

👉 Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us will not be accepted.


📦 Return Process

To request a return, contact us at support@luxurdo.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos if applicable

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

👉 Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend tracked shipping as we are not responsible for lost returns

⚠️ Damaged / Faulty Items

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photo/video proof

👉 We will offer a replacement or refund at no cost


Non-Returnable Situations

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Used items
  • Change of mind after use
  • Minor dissatisfaction without valid issue
  • Sale items or gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.


🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

👉 Item must remain unused and in original condition.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
